I've used CI for a year, and they're good.

Technically, they've been a great ISP. Two caveats are that they bill quarterly (if you like the flexibility of a monthly bill) and they're a bit more expensive than some other options listed here. I'd recommend them without reservations other than these.

I've been with Capital-Internet for over a year. They've been reliable, and the customer service has been great. Support is email only, unless you have a catastrophic problem, but they are always responsive and helpful. The quarterly billing is kind of a drag, but other than that, no problems at all.
