a bit shabby, could do much better

My new host now for 2 months, there seems to be frequient "blackouts" and servlets die and get reborn :-) support is extremly slow but they seem like nice folks.
When it's up, it's great..

...but when it's down, don't expect to be able to contact support or get any sort of update on what the problem is (or was, for that matter) or when it will be fixed. They are superb deal when they are online, but if reliability is important to you, you should probably look elsewhere.
