Business built on a relationship

I've been with this ISP now for over 2 years. As I become a more proficient Java Developer these guys have been one step ahead of me. Their service and support is terrific. I have made requests such as installing Java webstart on their server and they got it done for me. Their service is worth it in US Dollars and you get an even better deal when you pay in canadian dollars. Excellent!

These guys are the best ISP service I've ever dealt with bar none. I've been with them 4 years now and never had a moments trouble. I have over 15 years in in dealing with ISPs in general and was the CTO for a Web services firm for 5 years dealing with ISPs in Canada and US. You have a tech question for Blacksun and you dial and someone says "Hello". No annoying holds, no bad Muzak, no routing through departments to find out who you should talk to. For service and customer service it doesn't get any better folks.
