We have been delighted with their co-operation and flexibility to work with us and on adding new services, some which we not listed as services. When I started with Servlets.net I did not know much about servlets. They helped me through the whole process. Now my site is up and running. Their e-mail tech support is very good.
The only reservation I have is that they only offer mySQL. They say they are testing other database software, and will offer another alternative later.

When I started developing servlets I was really ticked to see that not one ISP knew what I was talking about, none of them had used Java before and it seemed like all knew how to say anything else except "Microsoft NT Server and CGI", but I'm really happy with Servlets.Net and whenever a problem arises (which is VERY rarely) they are pretty quick to respond.

I am continually amazed at the fantastic service I get from servlets.net. I have never had a more responsive virtual host before.

I used servlets.net until I found a much better ISP (www.kattare.com) with better and features at a much lower price. Plus, I was extremely unhappy with servlets.net pipe to the Internet, it was dog slow. Anyway, I wouldn't be writing this except for what happened at the beginning of this month. After leaving servlets.net almost one year ago, they started billing my credit card this month as if I was still with them ($100)! I've called and emailed to get them to stop billing me and credit my card for what they've charged, but they haven't responded. I've disputed the charges and am about to get the credit card company to go after them for fraud. Avoid them like the plague; if you ever give them your card number be prepared for them to randomly charge it long after you have left!

When I signed up over a year ago, support was exceptional now the service is terrible. I emailed them about my SSL cert expiring and it took them over a week to get back with me. Unexptected server outages have become more and more normal. Because of the shared server platform, other users can sometime eat up the processor cycles and make it nearly impossible to access my site. When I contact support they fix the problem and then email me back telling my they the cannot see anything wrong. With their prices being much higher than others and no support to justify the price, avoid them.

They once hosted my site. With several hosting companies i dealt with, they have one of the worst support I ever encountered. With the steep price of $100/month, it is definitely a thumbs down!

I cancelled the service in October (found a much better and even cheaper service at kattare.com). They are still charging me. I had to cancel my credit card or they would still be charging it. Now they're threatening to send the account to collections. Bottom line, avoid this company unless you want to have to deal with this.
