Can't beat it for the price.

The only problem I had was during the initial setup. From their on out everything has been great. Well worth the money.

I have recently gone through a long and arduous process of finding a good servlet ISP for small to medium clients. I opened and closed accounts at 6 different places and settled on DowntownHost. Their prices are incredible and their service is top notch. They only offer web/email based ticket systems for support.... and the system is a little weak. They do, however have a very talented support staff that answers questions within the hour in most cases. Federico is knowledgeable on Tomcat hosting and he is a great resource. I am convinced there is no better value-priced servlet host around.
It appears that this company is based in Argentina, but their servers are located in the United States (Denver, CO and Florida I believe)

I saw the good reviews on this company and gave them a try. The support tried hard but could not get their head around two domains and could not get my email working. It also seems that the CPanel they use does not let me have access to my own servlets under the webapps directory. This makes it very difficult to manage your own content.
After wasting days with their support with my site off line I asked for a full refund. The response I have got is that they have blocked my email address and ignore all requests.
I have lost nearly $200 to this lousy company. So buyer beware!

We tried to contact to this user several times, it was impossible to us to work with him, he didn't helped us with simple things like change nameservers, he blame us about things that we don't have control over it, like his own DNS service, and the bad set of MX records.
Also, I personally tried to contact him about the refund, I got no answer yet.
