Cheap and mostly good, but have periods of poor service.

How much pain can you stand?

We signed up with for a trial account and it performed well - but it was downhill after that! After we paid for the account it was disabled for about 2 weeks. E-mails were unanswered and when we finally got through to the support people by telephone they didn't sort it out or ring back as they had promised.

However we persisted as the original trial account had worked well (suckers for punishment...). When we finally got a response and the account was re-enabled, we tried to get them to register our domain on their servers. Guess what - they redirected it to another site that was hosted on their servers. Another day of unanswered email and listening to the support peoples recorded messages.

We finally got the message and decided to host the account elsewhere.

How are they still in business

Quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the initial poor service. Don't go near them with a barge pole is my advice.

The worst ISP I have come across

They are simply the worst ISP I have come across so far. It took them 2 weeks to setup a simple account, which others do in 4-5 hours, and some features are still missing. Their support is slow and they always miss something you asked them to check or do. It took me 2 weeks to get to speak to someone. My account cancellation process is still going on (after 2 weeks), not a single reply to my emails, nor to my letters. I wasted 1 month of my time just to realize that I have to find someone else. Their support rep didn’t give me a chance to explain my case, simply wanted to get rid of me and get away with my money that I paid for 3 months contract. I am still having a dispute with them about my refund. In a process of reporting them to the UK trading standards, since communicating with them directly didn’t give any results. So frustrating.
