Fantastic service from inital contact

The guys here actually speak English which is fortunate since my German is very limited. Unfortunately the site is in German but with a little help from BabelFish I am sure most people can work out what they support and what it costs.
They were fantastic from the start giving me a whole month with a temporary IP address to setup and test whatever I needed. Whenever I have run into problems they have been very helpfull and have always sorted out the problems very efficiently.
Comparing them to my previous ISPs there is no comparison. I can at least speak to a person here not an email robot!!!
